90-Day NewVIEW NewCHALLENGE Wrap Up!

The final days of the 90-day NewVIEW NewCHALLENGE have arrived! I want to offer a well-earned congratulations and sincere thank you to all who participated. You have lifted each other up over past three months, and it was heartening to see how everyone in the Facebook group motivated one another on our journey to achieve the best versions of ourselves. I thank God for such a wonderful community!

This challenge was about the power of self-reflection to enhance every aspect of our lives, enabling us to move past our fears and bad habits to operate in greatness. Each week brought new topics to consider, new challenges to face and new things to discover about ourselves. Let’s look back on some key takeaways.

In month one, we focused on improving our physical, mental, spiritual and financial health. We learned that:

  • It’s vital to prioritize your physical health to operate at the top of your game! Integrate exercise into your

  • Integrating exercise into your daily routine, making meal planning/prep a habit and getting better sleep will set you up for success.

  • Self-care and daily reflection help cultivate a positive attitude to face all of life’s challenges.

  • Prioritizing your spiritual health is essential – if your spiritual life is out of alignment, everything else suffers.

  • Trust in GOD, no matter what!

  • If your finances are in disorder, it’s detrimental to your overall health and wellness. Set small-but-achievable goals to improve your situation.

In month two, we worked on enhancing the important relationships in our lives, from friendships, to family to our connection with ourselves. We learned that:

  • Having a solid support network will empower you to live your best life!

  • Sometimes all it takes is a simple act of kindness to spark a new friendship, or even rekindle old ones.

  • When you go through life with your face buried in a smartphone, you can miss out on opportunities to form important connections.

  • Life can get in the way of maintaining cherished friendships, but all it takes is a simple note to tell them you care to nurture that connection.

  • There are simple ways to strengthen family bonds, such as eating meals together, creating device-free zones in your home or spending quality time together.

  • Self-love is not selfish! Celebrate your own worth to operate in greatness.

In the final month of the challenge, we put a spotlight on our finances, overcoming our fears and setting goals to grow our wealth. We learned that:

  • We all have financial fears and stress that can hold us back from dealing with our finances.

  • Financial literacy – educating yourself about financial topics – is essential to overcoming your fears, making smarter money decisions and building a legacy.

  • Shifting from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset can unlock your potential by changing the way you perceive money.

  • Assessing your financial posture is the first step to fully understanding your current circumstances and creating a strategy to move forward.

  • Investing isn’t something to be intimidated by, but rather utilized as soon as possible to begin growing your wealth.

  • No matter what your background or situation in life is, you are smart enough, capable enough and powerful enough to take charge of your financial future!

I hope you’re feeling as empowered and inspired as I am today, and will carry that feeling forward with you as you continue to live intentionally and reach for your goals.
