Atlanta powerhouse Phyllis Newhouse and Academy Award winner Viola Davis have teamed up to start a global women's movement, "Shoulder Up." Newhouse, CEO of Xtreme Solutions Inc., said the message is for women to use their voice and economic power to support other women in all aspects from business to social and cultural causes.
