ATLANTA – Phyllis Newhouse, CEO of Xtreme Solutions, Inc. and co-founder of ShoulderUp, has been named by Enterprising Women magazine as a “Top 20 in 2020” award winner. “More than 800 outstanding women have received the Enterprising Women of the Year Award in the 18 years that we have presented this award and we look forward to honoring [our winners] at this year’s awards event. We are especially proud to recognize this group of 20 remarkable women as shining examples and role models of the success and impact of coming together as a community of women business leaders,” according to Monica Smiley, Publisher and CEO of Enterprising Women.
